Our Cabins
Cabin 1 was finished on June 1st, 2019. It is completely new including knotty pine, windows, black out blinds, carpet, bedding, all new appliances, plumbing and bathroom. Cabins 2 will be completed December 1st, 2020. These cabins were formerly known as Thompson's Cabins for many decades after being moved in the 60's from Pines Party Store and Resort (just west of H52 on M28).
Amenities
- Cabins 1 and 2 are complete with 2 queen pillow top beds, new bedding, plates, silverware, frying pan, sauce pan, electric frying pan, toaster, pizza pan, and cooking utensils.
- Coffee Maker, Coffee, and Real Creamer provided.
- Beds are on new 18'"tall bed frames which provide the perfect sleeping height and allow for ample storage for all your gear!
- Body wash, shampoo, towels, and wash cloths are included.
- We have City water and sewer, and the water quality/water pressure are second to none!
- WiFi and and SmartTV with Roku are included. Fire up your Netflix account and enjoy all your favorites.
- A Full size Fridge can accommodate your needs for a day or a week!
- Stainless Weber LP grill outside your cabin door, no charge.
- Diesel Trucks-keep your truck plugged in during winter with 20 amp power located on the front of each cabin and in the parking lot.
- BoomTown Cabins are 100% turnkey, bring your gear and relax!
Rates
- Summer Rate is $115 to $140 per night, (based on dates/number of guests per night), cash only at this time, with a 3 day minimum, (but please call for availability as we do have an occasional 1 or 2 night stay available. Weekly and long term rates available, call 989.220.8610 for availability and rates.
- Winter Rates start at $130 per night starting December 1st, with a 3 night minimum stay required. Weekly and long term rates are also available for winter.
- An ATM is located directly across the street at Mater's Party Store. Plan accordingly in the UP, ATMs are few and far between.
- There is no cleaning fee, however smoking/vaping of any kind in the cabin will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Our goal is to keep the cabins, (and your stay), as clean and enjoyable as possible for many years to come.
- PETS-we love pets, however since the cabins are new and pet/smoke free, we want to keep that tradition since many people are allergic to pet dander and smoke. Sorry, no Pets/no Smoking.
